Plain-English help for the Eagle OPS Platform. Jump to the part you need.
What the Eagle OPS Platform is
Our in-house home base for the whole team: forms and check-ins, one clean record per veteran, routing needs to the right people, follow-up, reports, and quick links to our other apps. Built and owned by Eagle OPS, so no per-seat fees. Veterans never see this portal. Sign in at forms.eagleops.org with your Eagle OPS Google account.
Install it on your phone
Add it to your home screen once and it opens full screen like an app, and can send notifications.
- iPhone: open the platform in Safari, tap the Share button, then "Add to Home Screen," then Add.
- Android: tap "Install this app on your phone" at the top of the home screen, or use the browser menu, "Install app."
No App Store download, nothing to update, you always have the latest version.
Forms
Create and manage our forms. Open a form to edit its Details, Questions, Routing rules (which roles get notified and with which message), and Message templates (the auto-reply to the veteran and the internal alert to staff). Use the search, sort (most recently used floats to the top), and Group button to keep the growing list organized. "+ New form" starts a new one. Activating or deactivating a form needs the activate permission.
Submissions
Every check-in and form response that comes in. Filter at the top: search a name, pick a form, filter by county, rally point, well-being, or a date range, and use the quick buttons for VA claim help, VA need, and referred a veteran. Click any row for the full response. Export the filtered list to a spreadsheet.
Veteran Registry
One record per veteran. Search by name, email, or phone. Filter by county or affiliation. Add or edit a veteran. Export what you are looking at with the Export CSV button.
Reports
On-demand numbers for the board and the team. First pick a form (or "All forms"), then a date range (or Last 30 days / This year / All time). The report adapts to the form: a signup or RSVP shows submissions, unique people, and a timeline, while a check-in form also shows the VA, well-being, and referral numbers it collects. Breakdowns (month, branch, AO, rally point, county, well-being, affiliation) only appear when that form has the data. Each breakdown has a CSV button, and there is a Print button for a clean printout. New forms show up in the picker automatically.
Scheduled email reports: on the Reports page click "Scheduled email reports," then "+ New scheduled report." Name it, pick the form(s) (or "All forms," which also picks up new forms automatically), choose daily, weekly, or monthly, the day and send time (Central), optional filters (county, Rally Point, branch), what the CSV holds, and who gets it. Click "Preview (does not send)" to see the exact email and CSV, then Save. Each report can be edited, previewed, paused, resumed, or deleted. Emails come from reports@eagleops1.org with a summary in the body and the detail as a CSV. They contain veteran information, so send them to Eagle OPS staff only.
Routing & Partners
Decides who gets notified when something comes in. Three tabs: Roles & recipients (each role and the people on it; amber roles are outside partners who only get veteran info when the veteran consented), People (your contact list of staff and partners), and AOs & counties (the 7 Areas of Operation and their counties; the green "primary" tag shows the default AO for a shared county).
Cases & Follow-up
Any check-in that needs action (a distress or well-being flag, or a VA claim request) becomes a case so nothing falls through. The tiles show urgent, open, in progress, overdue, and closed. Open a case to assign it, set status and priority, write what was done, and log each contact attempt (call, text, email, in person). Logging an attempt moves a case to "in progress" automatically.
Users & Roles (Super Admins only)
Approve staff, set each person's role, and control who can see veteran information and who can edit forms. To raise an MC so they can see submissions, open their card, check "Can view submissions," and Save. You cannot remove the last Super Admin, so no one can lock the team out. Every change is recorded.
Other apps (quick links from the home screen)
- EO Events: Rally Point signups, tournaments, fundraisers, and the Difference Maker roster.
- OK Veterans Calendar (OKVC): the statewide calendar of veteran community events.
- OK Veterans Resources (OKVR): the veteran resource and business directory.
- Work & Boards, CRM & Contacts, and HQ Response Center (every inbound email, voicemail, and text that needs a reply, in one queue) are being built and will light up as they ship.
Give / Donations
The donation site is give.eagleops.org, including per-campaign pages like the Muldrow Rally Point and sponsor pages. It is a standalone donation front end: there is no separate admin screen, because donations live in Stripe. To see donations, issue a refund, or pull payout and giving reports, use the Stripe dashboard, and designated-gift notifications are emailed automatically.
